Curriculum Vitae

Arno is a member of and doctoral candidate in the Innovation in Governance research group at the Center for Technology and Society and the Department of Sociology at the Technische Universität Berlin.

He studied social sciences and science and technology studies at the Humboldt University Berlin, University of Helsinki, Bielefeld University, and Maastricht University and has so far worked and gathered practical experience in research projects at the Humboldt University Berlin, the Max-Planck Institute for the History of Science (MPIWG), or the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW).

Arno's current research interests lie at the intersection of policy studies, innovation and market studies, science and technology studies, and organisation studies. In his current work, he traces the innovation journeys of several tradable permits instruments, and analyses their innovation networks.
